The paving system with ground surface.

Boulevard is a classic for the sophisticated design of public outdoor areas. Since its market launch, more than 1,000,000 square metres of this concrete paver, which is characterized by a fine ground matt silk finished surface, have been laid. The grinding brings out the carefully matched natural stone aggregates of European origin embedded in the material, such as basalt, granite, greywacke, porphyry or Rhine gravel. This selection of aggregates and thus of individual colouring of the stone is almost unlimited. A wide range of material thicknesses and sizes allows maximum design freedom in planning. Boulevard is slip-resistant (SRT tested), resistant to frost and de-icing salt, and can withstand high traffic loads, for example on market squares, bus stations or shopping streets. With optional BlueAir® technology, Boulevard affords an elegant contribution to reducing nitrogen oxides in the air.

  • Frost and de-icing salt resistant. Fulfillment of the particularly strict Austrian standard.
  • Slip-resistant. At least 55 SRT units.
  • Stone hardening process through climate-controlled surface finishing.

CleanTop® Technology

(optional)

CleanTop® protection system with Clean Factor CF 90 (integral part of the production process):

  • Reduced dirt absorption.
  • Natural appearance combined with surface protection.
  • Easier to clean compared to a product without CleanTop®.
  • Inhibits algae and moss.

Blue Air®-Technology

(optional)

  • Photocatalytic process corresponding to the ideal of nature.
  • Reduction of harmful nitrogen oxides from the air and conversion into nitrates.
  • The process is active throughout the service life of the concrete stone.
  • The catalyst does not consume itself.

(BlueAir® is not available in combination with CleanTop®).
