Corpus combined colors.
Corpus combined colors.

Unique surface design with more than four corners.

A homogeneous, elegant surface with fine mica. A purist, untreated concrete block for public spaces. Monochrome colors, clear contours, and five corners guarantee outstanding design possibilities. Corpus impresses not only with its highly compacted architectural concrete surface, but also with its ornamental appearance. The colors are coordinated and can be combined with each other, allowing you to create a color scheme that matches the surroundings.

Colours

Properties

  • Colouring of the surface mainly by raw materials from the regional natural stone quarries.
  • Frost and de-icing salt resistant.
  • Slip-resistant.
  • CSC gold certified production.
  • Stone hardening process through climate-controlled surface finishing.

CleanTop® Technology

(optional)

CleanTop® protection system with Clean Factor CF 90 (integral part of the production process):

  • Reduced dirt absorption.
  • Natural appearance combined with surface protection.
  • Easier to clean compared to a product without CleanTop®.
  • Inhibits algae and moss.

Blue Air® Technology

(optional)

  • Photocatalytic process corresponding to the ideal of nature.
  • Reduction of harmful nitrogen oxides from the air and conversion into nitrates.
  • The process is active throughout the service life of the concrete stone.
  • The catalyst does not consume itself.

The Corpus laying principle is based on a recurring pattern of 18 stones, which are arranged in rows offset by a grid dimension of 24.25 cm with a minimum width of 48.5 cm. The stones are delivered in layers, with 1 layer containing 12 pieces for approx. 0.95 m². Five different shapes of edging stones are available for the edges on the long sides of the area, which are laid in a specific order to match the pattern. One sequence (until the sequence of edging stones in the pattern repeats) results in an edge of 5.88 m and consists of 1.5 layers. Border stones are delivered in layers of 10 pieces, which corresponds to an area of approx. 0.64 m² and an average edge length of 3.92 m or 2 x 1.96 (both long sides of an area). Exception: for area lengths of less than 1.40 m, an additional layer of border stones is required, as certain stones occur more than twice in this layer. The starting and ending stones must be cut to size on site. If a specific width outside the grid dimension is desired, all edges can also be cut to size on site. Please note that for technical reasons, stones and curbstones may remain. These cannot be returned.
