Rheinpark Metropole Köln, Cubus Anthracite

Cubus is a product for purists. The eight to eighteen-centimeter-thick paving stones with a highly compacted, homogeneous architectural concrete surface are plain, linear and unadorned. The edges are optionally chamfered or unchamfered. Over seventy formats enable the design with large sizes with a suitably small proportion of joints  -  this ensures a comfortable accessibility in the private and public sector. Small sizes are particularly hard-wearing and robust even under higher traffic loads. The anthracite-colored stone surface has a high color fastness and is resistant to frost and de-icing salt. Cubus allows the design of generous, monochrome surfaces in the outdoor area at an attractive price.

  • High colour fastness.
  • Reduced water absorption due to face concrete hydrophobizing.
  • Frost and de-icing salt resistant.
  • Slip resistant.
  • Wide range of sizes. Stone thicknesses from 5 to 18 cm possible. Available with and without chamfer.
  • Special stone hardening process through climate-controlled surface finishing.
  • Climate-neutral production.

BLUE AIR®-TECHNOLOGY (optional)

  • Photocatalytic process corresponding to the ideal of nature.
  • Reduction of harmful nitrogen oxides from the air and conversion into nitrates.
  • The process is active throughout the service life of the concrete stone.
  • The catalyst as such does not consume itself.

(BlueAir® is not available in combination with CleanTop®).
